accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following transparency statements were made:-
 
Item 7 – Cllrs
Gifford and Reid as they know the speakers addressing the
Committee.  They indicated that whilst
they had discussed the process, they had made no comment on the
content of the report.
