In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Councillor Turner made a transparency
statement by virtue of having previously been involved in the
Stonehaven Flood Action Group and has knowledge of previous flood
studies, having applied the objective test he concluded that there
was no interest to declare. 
 
Councillor Evison made a transparency
statement by virtue of being the Chair of NHS Grampian and having
links as a stakeholder, however having applied the objective test
she concluded that there was no interest to declare.
