Purpose

This report aims to present a review of the
Council’s membership of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime
Regions (CPMR) and North Sea Commission (NSC). The review was
requested by Infrastructure Services Committee and takes into
account alignment with Council priorities, the effectiveness of the
organisations in supporting these and the resources available to
facilitate Council participation.

The Committee agreed
to withdraw from the Membership therefore there is
also no requirement to appoint a new elected member.
