The Committee approved the recommendations
within the report, with amended wording to 1.2.3 to read:
 
Agree that should the proposals for play
parks, shown within Appendix 2 of the report, be required to change
on receipt of the Annual Play Park Inspection report, and in order
not to delay in the delivery and spending of the Scottish
Government funding, delegation be given to the Head of Environment
& Sustainability, in consultation with the Chair and Vice
Chair of the Committee, to agree any changes with an updated
provided to members as soon as possible.
