Councillor Nicol declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 4 as she knew one of the objectors
however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she
would remain and take part in the determination of the item.
 
Councillor Nicol also declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 9 as her daughter is a Guide and she
is a volunteer however, having applied the objective test, she
concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination
of the item.
 
Councillor McAllister declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 4 as she knew one of the objectors
however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she
would remain and take part in the determination of the item.
 
Councillor Davidson advised that as she had
not present for Item 4 at the previous meeting, she would not take
part and would leave the meeting whilst this item was
discussed.
