Councillor Cassie made a transparency statement in
relation to item 10 by virtue of his wife being employed by a care
provided whose services are commissioned by the Council. Having
applied the objective test he had concluded that he had no interest
to declare.
 
FIona Alderson advised that she had an interest in item 17
by virtue of being Manager of Networks of Wellbeing. She advised
that she would leave the meeting and take no part in the
item.
