The Board granted the following applications
subject to the conditions recommended by the LSO.
 
LAOCC/00739/25 : 26th June 2025 – 9th
July 2025 – 10.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
(b) LAOCC/00737/25: 10th July 2025 –
23rd July 2025 – 10.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
The Board further instructed that further
applications for occasional licences date prior to the August
Licencing Board (27th August) shall be considered and
determined by the Depute Clerk, in consultation with the
Convenor.
 
Any further occasional licences dated after
the August Board shall be retuned to the Board for
deliberation.
 
The Board further requested that all future
occasional licence applications are to be accompanied by a layout
plan of the premises.
