In
accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following interest and transparency statement was made:-
 

Item 11 – Cllr Keating indicated that he had
worked with some members of the Management Committee of the
Garlogie Beam Engine Trust in the past
but had not been involved or discussed the application for
funding.  He therefore considered he had no interest to
declare.

 

                Cllr
McKail indicated that he had been involved with raising funds for
Riding with the Disabled and confirmed that he would leave the
meeting for the consideration of all the funding applications
received.
