Purpose

This report asks the Committee to consider
objections received during the Statutory and Public Consultations
and agree to making the speed limit orders required to implement
the national 20mph strategy in Buchan.

Agreed (1) to note that Officers will report
back in Autumn 2025 in respect of the Petition for traffic
improvements within Longside,
 
to approve the making of The
Aberdeenshire Council (Buchan) (Speed Limits) Order 2025,
with the exception
of the Aberdeenshire Council (MP107
Kininmonth School – West Leys Road) (Traffic Management)
Order, 2007, Article 2
