Purpose

To provide the Buchan Area Committee with an
update on progress in relation to Business Services performance
indicators which support the Council Plan Priorities
2024-29.

Content

Agreed (1) to acknowledge the significant
improvement in call waiting times, (2) to highlight need for a good
standard of offices/buildings to ensure that staff have good
facilities lending positively to quality of staff welfare and the
future recruitment of staff, and (3) to thank staff for developing
the indicators to include links to Power-Bi which provides more
valuable detail
