Cllr Blackett stated that she
had a connection to Item 5 as she had been contacted by the
petitioner, raised the issue with officers, and relayed the
response back.  Having applied the
objective test, she concluded that she had no interest to
declare.
 
The following Members stated
that they had connections to Item 6; however having applied the
objective test, they concluded they had no interests to
declare:
·      
Cllr Ross - by virtue of having been previously
invited to the opening of Banchory Skatepark and having liaised
between the Council and the group;
·      
Cllr Brown - by virtue of having supported Torphins
Community Council with enquiries to officers;
·      
Cllr Chou Turvey - by virtue of having liaised
between the Council and Banchory Skatepark Group.
