Apologies noted from Councillor

In accordance with the
Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following interests and
transparency statement was made:
 
Item 6
Councillor Cox made a
declaration: he indicated that due to his association with the
applicant’s agent he would not take part and would leave the
meeting whist this item is being discussed. 
 
Item 9
Councillor Cox made a
declaration: he indicated that due to his association with Banff
Castle and its application to the Banff & Buchan Coast
Communities Fund, he would not take part and would leave the
meeting whilst this item is being discussed. 
 
Item 10
Councillor Cox made a
transparency statement due to his association with Banff Castle
however as there was no decision to be made on this item, he
remained to take part in the item.
