In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:
 
Item 4
Councillor Smith declared an interest by
virtue of publicly opposing major energy developments, she will
therefore leave the meeting for the duration of the item.
 
Item 5
Transparency statements were made by the
following Councillors by virtue of the reasons stated, having
applied the objective test they concluded that there was no
interests to declare:
 
Victor – visited the Men’s Shed as
a local Member.
Evison – previously involved in the set
up of the Men’s Shed as a local Member, has not had any
connection to the group since 2022.
