To DEFER consideration of the Notice of
Review, to allow the LRB to follow further procedure by way of
undertaking an accompanied site inspection  on a date and time to be agreed - provisionally
agreed for 12 Sept at 10am and the review to be reported back to
the next appropriate meeting of the LRB (26 Sept 2025).
