Content

The Committee agreed that authority to grant the
application under Section 42 be delegated to the Head of Planning
and Economy, subject to: the conditions detailed within the report;
and an additional condition regarding the Socio-economic Strategy,
to be considered by the applicant.
 
The Committee also requested that the fire
safety briefing note be circulated to local Members and the local
Community Council.
