Officers to circulate the full list of
questions from the Chair and all management responses to committee
members after the meeting:  
 
(1) 
regarding the correlation between budget cuts and employability
schemes, including apprenticeships;
(2) 
on the use of LLA facilities, including targets and actions to
improve attendance levels;
(3) 
regarding HRA rent arrears and voids; and
(4) 
regarding the HRA Note 3 and rent areas reduced by £1/2M. Has
there been a different approach to recovery or has this happened
naturally?
 
Officers to provide response to the comment
made on waste streams contributing to the EfW plant’s energy
savings and whether categorising EfW as recycling misleads the
public, potentially diverting recyclable goods that could generate
income for the Council into the EfW plant, thus potentially
undermining recycling rates and revenue.
