Cllr G Crowson – Item 10 –
transparency statement as some of those involved in the CAT are
known to Cllr Crowson locally; Cllr Crowson remained and took part
in the discussion;
Cllr D Beagrie – Item 9 – given
she is Secretary of PACT, and PACT previously received an award.
Having applied objective test, and no financial decision being
taken in relation to PACT, Cllr Beagrie remained and took part in
the discussion;
Cllr H Powell – Item 9 – given she
is Chair of the Strichen Sub-Group who received an award for
funding. Having applied objective test, and no financial decision
being taken in relation to the Strichen group, Cllr Powell remained
and took part in the discussion;
Councillor Beagrie – Item 8 – made
a transparency statement in relation to her involvement with the
Feuars Managers; Cllr Beagrie remained and took part in the
discussion
