Apologies noted from Councillor

Councillor Cox made a
declaration: he indicated that due to his association with the
applicant’s agent he would not take part and would leave the
meeting whist this item is being discussed.
 
Councillor Cassie made a
transparency statement: a family member owned the noted building
previously however having applied the objective test he decided
that he would remain in the meeting and take part in the
item.

Councillor Cox made a
declaration: he indicated that due to his association with Banff
Castle and its application to the Banff & Buchan Area Committee
Budget, he would he not take part and would leave the meeting
whilst this item is being discussed. 
 
Councillor S Adams made a
declaration: he indicated that due to his association with the
Banffshire Community Band and its application to the Area Committee
Budget, he would not take part and would leave the meeting whilst
this item is being discussed.
