Purpose

A report asking the Board to consider various
applications for the grant of premises/provisional premises
licences that are deemed to be non-contentious in terms of legal
and policy requirements and can be granted without the presence of
the applicants at the Board.

Content

Following consideration of a Report by the
Clerk, relating to applications for the grant of provisional
premises licences and  premises licences, dated 15th
August 2025, copies of which had been circulated in advance, the
Board determined the applications as follows

The Board instructed that an additional
sentence regarding no more than 6 films to be shown annually be
added to Operating plan.
