Cllr I Sutherland made a
transparency statement in relation to Item 13 as a grandfather of
children attending  Dunblane Primary
School, however having applied the objective test he had concluded
that he had no interest to declare.The Chair asked Members if they
had any interests to declare, in terms of the Councillors’
Code of Conduct.
