Motion – as a departure from policy,
authority to grant Full Planning Permission be delegated to the
Head of Planning and Economy, subject to satisfactory drainage
arrangements, and any relevant conditions stipulated by the
Planning Service, on the grounds that this was the expansion of a
small business that should be supported; the necessary transport
links were by car and by the Formartine & Buchan Way; and any
outstanding issues can be resolved with delegation to the Planning
Service
