Agreed (1) to note updates as reported within
Statement, (2) to note verbal update in relation to Action 7
in that guidance has now been provided to Service, (3) to remove
Action 9 as recommended within Statement, and (4) to highlight
concerns with delays in Actions 13 & 14 in particular, and that
Area Manager will raise issue of Tracker again at upcoming Project
Board Meeting
