Councillor Cox made a
declaration: due to his association with Banff Castle and the
applicant being the Post Master at the Post Office based within the
Banking Hub at Banff Castle, he indicated that he would not take
part and would leave the meeting whilst the item is being
discussed.

Councillor James Adams made a
declaration: as a Board Director of the Museum of Scottish
Lighthouses he indicated that he would not take part and leave the
meeting whilst the item is being discussed.
