Purpose

To provide evaluation report as part of
performance reporting arrangements to the Area Committee on the
AHSCP's Strategic Delivery Plan 2022-25, and to consult on the new
draft Strategic Plan 2025-2035.

Content

Committee agreed to:
 

1              
Note the performance report provided;
and
 
2.        Provide the
following comments to the Integration Joint Board, on the
Aberdeenshire HSCP Draft Strategic Plan for 2025-2035:
 

·      
Acknowledge the wider financial challenges
nationally and locally and available budget to deliver the services
required in local communities under the priorities highlighted in
the Strategic Plan.

·      
Highlight the importance of ‘Place’ in
terms of delivery of services and methods used to engage with local
communities on the Plan.

·      
Caution a risk regarding service users who do not
fit into either of the priorities included in the Plan and how they
access services, monitoring required to ensure information is
captured.
