was refused 15.09.2025.

GRANT full planning permission
for the following reasons:
 
The application is considered by the Planning
Authority to comply with the Development Plan, the proposed opening
in the boundary and formation of driveway is considered appropriate
for the site setting, and will not have an adverse impact on the
character, integrity or setting of the listed building or the
character or appearance of the conservation area, compliant with
Policies HE1 Protecting Listed Buildings, Scheduled Monuments and
Archaeological Sites (including other historic buildings) and HE2
Protecting Historic, Cultural and Conservation Areas of the
Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan, and Policy 7 Historic assets
and places of National Planning Framework 4.
