Purpose

To provide the Banff & Buchan Area
Committee with an update on progress in relation to Business
Services performance indicators which support the Council Plan
Priorities 2024-29.

Content

The Committee agreed to provide the
following comments to the Director of Business Services:
 
·        
A briefing note providing an overview of Banff & Buchan
buildings which do not meet operational standards would be most
welcome; and   

·        
Request further localised data on second homes in Banff &
Buchan, including details on council tax collection for these
properties, and benchmarking Aberdeenshire Council against other
local authorities; and

   
·        
To instruct the Director of Business Services to continue to
present performance reports to Area Committee on a six-monthly
basis.
