In accordance with the
Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were
made:
 
Item 8
Councillor Sutherland made a transparency statement by virtue of
not attending the site visit, he felt however that he had
sufficient information to remain and take part in the
decision.
 
Councillor Bell made a
transparency statement by virtue of not attending the site visit,
she felt however that she had sufficient information to remain and
take part in the decision. 
 
Councillor Cox made a
transparency statement by virtue of his association with Michael
Ritchie of Mantell Ritchie however as Mr Ritchie was not the
presenter at todays meeting and having
applied the objective test, he decided he would remain in the
meeting and take part in the item. 
 
Councillor J Adams attended the
meeting for items 1-4, 8-10 and in part for items 5 &
7.
