Purpose

This report is presented to Committee as part
of the Aberdeenshire Council Performance Management Framework,
providing an update on those outcome measures contained within the
Council Plan with an Area perspective. This is in line with Area
Committees’ scrutiny remit of reviewing the effectiveness of
Council policy implementation and service delivery within their
Area

Content

The Committee requested:-
 
1.         that the
following information be included in future reports:-
 

a)         the
weighting of the following impacts in relation to CLD:- budget,
number of people and change in recording methodology;

 

b)         in
relation to attainment provide information about what is driving
the numbers and what we can learn.

 

2.         that
Officers give consideration to:-

 

a)         a
consistent cross service approach to the provision of IIAs in
reports and a standardisation for recommendations on performance
reports.

 

           
b)         a target
for exclusions
