In accordance with the
Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were
made:

Item 5
Councillor Cox made a
transparency statement by virtue of his association with Banff
Castle and the agents’ mutual connection; he advised that he
would not take part and would leave the meeting whilst the item is
being discussed.
 
Item 7
Councillor Cassie made a
transparency statement by virtue of being in favour of the site
visit and not attending, he advised that he would not take part and
would leave the meeting whilst the item is being
discussed. 
 
Councillor Sutherland made a
transparency statement by virtue of not attending the site visit,
he felt however that he had sufficient information to remain and
take part in the decision.
 
Councillor James Adams made a
transparency statement by virtue of supporting the site visit
however he did not attend.  He felt that he did not have
enough information to take part in the decision although he
remained in the meeting for the discussion. 
  
Councillor Bell attended the
meeting for Items 1-6.  She left the meeting early following
these items and did not return.
