Due to DofI, report taken by VChair.
Agreed (1) to note current updates in report,
(2) that the remaining £100 of Peterhead Greening Grants be
awarded to Peterhead Greenspace Guardians, (3) in the event of some
of the groups who were awarded Small Grants not drawing down their
full allocations, that any remaining balance(s) be transferred to
the Contingency Budget and delegated to the Area Manager for
disbursement within the Buchan area, and (4) having noted that the
Small Grant for New Deer Out of School Care had been approved and
therefore the remaining uncommitted sum has reduced to
£706.86, that the Small Grants remaining balance of
£706.86 be delegated to the Area Manager to disburse
appropriately within the Buchan area
