Committee agreed to:

Note the items of outstanding business as of 27th January
2026.

Note that at Item 3 the description was unclear:
o  
Harbours – information to be provided on harbours and the
Master Plan
o  
Macduff Shipyards – a briefing note was requested following
the Director’s meeting with Macduff Shipyards.
o  
Provide the full costs relating to the installation, repairs and
maintenance of the ice machine at Macduff Harbour.
 
·        
Note at Item 4 that a report will be presented to Area Committee on
17 February 2026.

·        
Dismiss item 5.1 as information has been provided to
Members.

·        
Note at Item 5.2 a verbal update was provided by the Area Manager -
literacy statistics to follow.

·        
Note at Item 5.3 that the Area Manager will request an informal
session in 3-6 months’ time with Economic Development,
expanding on the session held in November 2025 and focussing on a
wider perspective including business workforce intentions where
possible. 

·        
Note that all other items will remain on the list for future
action.
