Agreed (1) to note updates, (2) from General
Appendix (a) Action 14 - key dates have been summarised in the Phd
Projects Update report to be heard later in the agenda, and a
visual tracking report will be presented quarterly along with the
update in future, (b) Action 17 – Members have received a
briefing confirming notice of proposal to be issued in January,
which will notify the public of the Crossing at
Balmoor Terrace – the plans will be shared with the CC,
and we expect construction to start March/April; and (c) Actions 20
& 21 – recommend removal; (3) from the Procurement
Appendix (a) Action 2 - Balmoor Unit 1 Replacement Cladding
and Structural Remediation Works – Tender now complete and an
acceptance letter was issued on 14/1/26; expecting to start on site
2/3/26 with an estimated completion of May 2026, and (b) Action 5 -
Peterhead Dales Units 1-4 Replacement Cladding and Structural
Remediation Works – tender acceptance letter was issued on
3/12/25; expecting site work to commence February with an estimated
