Agreed (1) Action 14/25 –
Briefing  to be circulated after AC, (2)
Action 17/25 – to note that the update referred to the
proposed crossing at Meethill Road, not Balmoor, and that the
update should read as follows - All design and approval works for
this crossing have been completed as well as consultation with Ward
Members and Community Council. The formal statutory notification
period has also been completed and construction work is scheduled
for 20 April 2026 with an estimated duration of 2 weeks.
The crossing is being delivered by our Roads and Infrastructure
colleagues – Timeline June 2026, and (3) 01/26 –
to note  that the Media Release is being
drafted and will be made available to Members when the planning
application is being submitted for validation, and (4) to remove
Actions 22/25 (3) & (4) and 02/26 (a)
