Councillor Blackett stated that she had a connection by virtue of (1) her husband having been factor of the Invercauld Estate until 2014 and (2) knowing both the applicant and objectors; however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she had no interest to declare.

Councillors Chou Turvey, Knight and Withey indicated that they would leave the meeting and take no part in the item as they had not not been present at the previous meeting of Marr Area Committee when the application had first been considered.
