To provide the following comments:
 

(1)    Welcomed engagement
with young people and suggested further consideration of how to
engage with the 18-25 age group.

(2)    The Local Place Plan
process should be as simple as possible so that communities could
understand what they were doing, why, and how it would benefit
their community.

(3)    Welcomed reassurance
that communities who did not prepare a Local Place Plan would not
be disadvantaged as there would be other engagement. Requested that
the message that communities did not need to have a Local Place
Plan be strengthened within the Development Plan Scheme.

(4)    Queried the Open Space
Strategy, and expressed concern about how it would interact with
factoring agreements in existing developments.
