advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part in the

Cllr Brown:
Item 5 - by virtue of a
personal connection with a member of Mid Deeside Community Council
and advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part in
the item.
Item 6 – by virtue of her
partner’s business’ contractual relationships with the
applicant at this location and advised that she would leave the
meeting and take no part in the item.
Item 10 – by virtue of
being an observer appointed by the Council to the V&A Hall
Board of Trustees. Having applied the objective test, she concluded
she had no interest to declare.
