The Committee agreed to:
 

1)   
Allocate £330 to the Formartine Community Planning Group,
towards a Community Action Plan for Potterton,

2)   
Award £1,700 to the Cuminestown Youth Active Football Club,
towards VEO camera systems and subscription, to assist with player
and team development,

3)   
Award up to £4,489 to the Fyvie Guide House Management
Committee, towards upgrades required following a recent fire
inspection.  They would be awarded
£3,182.67 in the first instance, this being the remaining
funds in the budget, with a further £1,306,33 should any
further funds be returned to the budget,

4)   
Award up to £1,242 to the Newburgh and Ythan Community Trust
SCIO, towards remedial works at the Newburgh beach seal viewing car
park, should any funds become available, if the Fyvie Guide House
Management Committee have already received their full
allocation,

5)   
Delegate powers to the Area Manager, following consultation with
the Chair of the Area Committee and relevant local Members, to
allocate any funding necessary to support these Community Action
Plans, using any underspent funds that remain in the budget,
further to the above, and

6)   
Delegate powers to the Area Manager, following consultation with
the Chair of the Area Committee and relevant local Members, to
allocate any underspent funds that remain in the budget, further to
the above, towards items requested by Formartine communities during
recent Town Centre Health Checks and the development of an
engagement toolkit that our communities can utilise.
