Councillor Davidson - Declaration
of Interest – She declared an interest in Item 9, as Chair of
the Newburgh and Ythan Community Trust. 
She would not take part in the determination of this
item.
 
Councillor Nicol –
Transparency
Statement - She declared a Transparency Statement in relation to
Item 9, as her daughter is a Girl Guide at a different
location.  As this is a tentative
connection, having applied the objective test, she concluded that
she had no interest to declare, and she would remain and take part
in the determination of this item.
