The Committee noted that there
was further information from a local resident who had submitted a
request to speak but had been unable to attend. It was asked that this information be submitted to
the Area Manager, to follow up with the Service, for inclusion in
the information being gathered. Members
also requested that the Area Manager seek an update from the
Service, with an email to the Director seeking the progress of this
item as soon as possible.
