The Committee agreed to defer consideration of
the application, pending further information in relation to:
 
1)       Layout, siting and design
2)       Photomontages to
show screening
3)       Distances to
neighbouring properties as the distances were variable on the
existing montages
4)       The impact on rural
roads
5)       Lighting
6)       Biodiversity
7)       Consultation with
local communities, in particular the Fyvie,   Rothienorman and Monquhitter Community Council
