Committee agreed that by
supporting the Asset Transfer application it would: Create
positive impacts in terms of social wellbeing, through generation
of opportunities for young people.
Improve capacity for local
groups to hire facilities for community purposes.

for children’s celebrations, which could be provided on a
commercial basis.
