Agreed (1) Action 1 – (a) to remove
those actions now complete, and (b) to request that the issue of
lack of communication from Services be raised at the next monthly
meeting with the Area Manager again, (2) Action 3 – to note
that the yearly Attainment Reports should be reported to AC’s
shortly, (3) Action 7 – to note that Members received an
update via email on 11/1/24, and (4) to request that the Statement
be reviewed in terms of outstanding updates and timelines
