Cllr Petrie declared an
interest in Item 5 by virtue of knowing a number of people who had
made representations and advised that she would leave the meeting
and take no part in the item.
 
Cllr Brown declared an interest
in Item 13 by virtue of personal connection to one of the
purchasers and advised that she would leave the meeting and take no
part in the item.
 
Cllr Brown stated that she had
a connection to Item 9 by virtue of being an observer on the board
of Ballater (Royal Deeside) Limited as the Council’s
representative; however, having applied the objective test she
concluded she had no interest to declare.
 
Cllr Turvey stated that she had
a connection to Item 12 by virtue of being the Council’s
nominee to Marr Area Partnership; however, having applied the
objective test she concluded she had no interest to
declare.
 
Cllr Goodhall stated that he
had a connection to Item 5 by virtue of having attended meetings of
the business group and community council where the matter had been
discussed but had not given any view. Having applied the objective
test, he concluded he had no interest to declare.
