The Committee noted
the updates provided and agreed that:
1)
Item one could be discharged
2)
Item two be updated to reflect the
session to be held in January
3)
The verbal update in relation to Item 3
was not satisfactory and this should be escalated by the Area
Manager to the Director and Head of Service, to reiterate the
importance of this matter progressing as soon as possible, as it
has now been almost a year since the MPI was submitted,
and
4)
Any further updates in relation to Item 3
be circulated to the Committee members as soon as
possible.
