The Committee agreed to the recommendations
within the report and provided the following comments to
Infrastructure Services Committee for their consideration:
 

1)   
Safety considerations should be paramount in relation to the access
road onto the A90 and the stretch of road in the vicinity of the
Toll of Birness junction,  

2)   
It was noted that there had been technical difficulties for local
residents lodging a submission, and it was hard to know how many
representations had been made at this stage, and

3)   
Albeit not a material consideration, it was highlighted that there
was desire for there to be community benefits in relation to these
types of developments, and further discussion on this would be
welcomed within the appropriate forum.
