Cllr Black - Declared an interest as Chair of
the Kincardine & Mearns Youth Club and will therefore leave the
chamber for the duration of the item.
 
Cllr Evison –Serves with Councillor
Black on the Area Committee, therefore important to make a
transparency statement, she had applied the objective test and has
concluded that she will remain in the meeting.
 
Cllr Dickinson - Serves alongside Councillor
Black on the Area Committee, the Stonehaven Youth Club is an
activity in lower Deeside, in her role as Councillor she had been
supportive of the Club, however had not expressed any opinion on
the Asset Transfer request and will therefore remain in the
meeting.
 
Cllr Turner - Knows Councillor Black through
Area Committee and other Committees, however has not taken any position on the item and
having applied the objective test will remain for the item.
