accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following transparency statements were made:-
 

Item 5 –   
Cllr Gifford as he
is a member of North East College Regional Board.  Cllr Gifford confirmed that he did not consider he
had any interest to declare.

 

Item 7 –    Cllr Baillie as he is employed by Community
Integrated Care which is mentioned within the report, but having
applied the objective test, Cllr Bailie concluded he had no
interest to declare.
