The Committee agreed to:
 
·      
request area specific data for performance information as far as
possible;
 
·      
request information about the number of Contact Centre posts and
the number that are currently filled and ask that this be routinely
included within the report to Committee.
 
·      
welcome and encourage the sharing and availability of information
relating to asset disposal; and
 
·      
would welcome further detail around the 52% of chatbot sessions
that do not result in a successful outcome.
