The Committee further agreed to delegate authority to the
Director of Environment and Infrastructure Services, to consult
with the Chair, Vice Chair and Opposition Spokesperson of
Sustainability Committee to seek comments on the draft response and
discuss any comments with the Chair, Vice Chair and Opposition
Spokesperson of ISC.
