Apologies from Cllr Blackett
(substitute Cllr Cox) and Cllr Johnston (substitute Cllr
Crowson).
 
In accordance with the
Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following interests and
transparency statements were made:-
 
Item 6
–    Cllrs Agnew, Aitchison,
Carr, Cox, Crawley, Crowson, Reid, Ross Smith, Turner and Withey
indicated that the applicant was a colleague Councillor, but having
applied the objective test had no interest to declare.
 
Item 6
–    Cllr Sullivan indicated
that the applicant was a close Councillor colleague and left the
meeting whilst the application was determined.
 
Item 10
– Cllr Ross indicated that she was a member of the Cairngorm
National Park Board and in this role had taken part in discussions
to formulate a response to the same consultation.  Cllr Ross left the meeting whilst the item was
considered.
